From the U.S.-Canada Peach Arch border crossing

(We are just 20 miles from the border)  

1:  Merge onto I-5 N via the ramp- on the left.                                                                                0.3 miles     

2:  I-5 N becomes PROVINCIAL ROUTE 99 N.                                                                             9.4 miles         

3:  Take the HWY-91 N/ANNACIS HWY. exit- exit number 16- toward NEW WESTMINSTER.          0.2 miles        

 4:  Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 91 N.                                                                                 6.6 miles        

 5:  Take the HWY-91A exit- exit number 11- toward NEW WESTMINSTER.                                   0.3 miles         

6:  Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 91A N.                                                                                1.7 miles         

7:  Take the ramp toward 20TH ST/STEWARDSON WAY.                                                             0.1 miles         

8:  Stay straight to go onto MARINE WAY/COLUMBIA ST. (under the Skytrain tracks)                    0.3 miles         

9:  Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto STEWARDSON WAY/COLUMBIA ST. (still under the Skytrain tracks)  1.0 miles        

 10:  Turn LEFT onto ROYAL AVE.                                                                                              0.2 miles         

11:  End at 850 ROYAL AVE NEW WESTMINSTER BC, at the corner of 10th Ave. - The Royalton Building
