I just
returned home from a quick trip to Puerto Vallarta,
where I was able to see the Hilton Puerto Vallarta
Resort, as well as the adjacent property, the Krystal
Puerto Vallarta.
The
Hilton is the brand's first all-inclusive property in
Mexico and is still only 1 1/2 years old. It is
located at the north end of the hotel zone, close to
the airport, great shopping and is on one of the best
beaches in the city.
The
Hilton features some of the only swim-out suites in
PVR, as well as a number of jacuzzi suites. There is
the buffet as well as several gourmet ala carte
restaurants and bars.
My
favourite place is the adult's only, rooftop O'West
Lounge and pool. In this lounge, fresh sushi is
served as well as tropical drinks from the open bar.
Guests can experience all of this, while enjoying the
great views of the beach, downtown and Banderas Bay.
Pictured is Freddie, me and our friends enjoying the
hospitality at the O'West Lounge.
The
onsite Ki Spa, has standard massages, facials etc, but
features a unique treatment - the Floatarium. It is a
private treatment in a large room where you float
quietly in warm salt water, while the lights are
dimmed and soft music plays...I can't wait to go back
again.
Gorgeous Guest rooms at the Hilton Puerto Vallarta.
I also
had a chance to see the Krystal Puerto Vallarta, next
to the Hilton. The Krystal property has been
favourite of Canadians for years, and located on the
same great beach as the Hilton.
I love
that the property has 4 distinct pool areas to choose
from. My favourite spot, for relaxing after meetings
and competitive site inspections, was the quite pool,
to the south of the Krystal Club building on the
beach. Not only does this area feature a quiet pool,
it has 6 jacuzzi's and great views of the beach.
Another
quiet spot on the large property, is the aqueduct pool
area, near the suites and family rooms, located closer
to the lobby/street area. The family rooms, suites
and 3 bedroom villas, with private pools, have been
recently updated.
My
favourite restaurant on property, the Kamakura
Restaurant, features teppanyaki & sushi. This
restaurant was moving to a comfortable inside location
and will be open soon. As always, when guests check
in, I'd advise them to see which restaurants are open
which nights so they don't miss any of the options.

Velas (buffet) Restaurant pictured above)
If you would like me to
conduct a more detailed office training please let me
know and I would be more than happy to make
arrangements.
Happy Selling!!!
