Hello from Cancun!! 

 

I'm here escorting a Playa Resorts FAM and we are having an amazing time. The only thing that would make it better would be if you were here too. Maybe next time? 

 

Our friends at WestJet helped us make this FAM possible, and we have a fantastic group of travel agents from all across Canada. 

 

I can't even count how many times I've heard "WOW" this week. Everyone is being blown-away with the our resorts and our extraordinary level of service. It is so nice for us to be able to show our travel agent partners our properties first-hand  so that they can experience the pampering that their clients will encounter once they arrive.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun
 

This is one truly spectacular resort that exemplifies the term "the evolution of all-inclusive". This adults-only (16+) resort features all ocean-view suites and the service is beyond expectations.  

 

Swim-up suites!! The beach butler will even come to clean your sunglasses while you are enjoying your semi-private pool.

 

Anyone care for a romantic jacuzzi for two? This is standard in EVERY suite category at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun.

 

Even though the resort was at 98% occupancy it didn't feel crowded and there were lots of prime spots available around the amazing pools.

 

How's that for a beach??!! Incredible.

Gran Caribe Real
 

I love this property - it has such a fun/upbeat vibe. The service was genuine and from the heart. The suites are over-sized and the beach..oh wow, that beach!!

I know, it looks like a postcard but I took this picture from they balcony of my Ocean view Junior Suite.  

 

Did you know that there is fun waterpark at the Gran Caribe Real with a private ship and a castle with full-size waterslides? So much fun!!
