When we walked
into the Hilton, it was like stepping into
paradise. The beach setting was beautiful with
views of Bandera Bay and mountains.
This is Hilton's
first all-inclusive property in Mexico and was a
brand new build, opening October 2012. The food
was fabulous and the rooms are spacious and
bright - everything you would expect from the
Hilton brand.

The O'West Lounge is an adults-only section
situated on the top floor in the specialty
building. It offers breathtaking scenery;
looking north to Nuevo Vallarta or south to
Puerto Vallarta and the Romantic zone. Here you
can indulge in the sushi bar and refreshing
tropical drinks while viewing catching up with
friends or just unwinding in the infinity pool.
We walked right
next door to the very colonial Krystal Vallarta
situated on 8 acres of land decorated by cobble
stone streets, tropical vegetation, gives you
the feeling like you are working through an
small village. The Krystal Vallarta has been
mostly renovated and continues to be as we were
there.
The 7 columns is a wonderful back drop used for
parties, weddings and exercise programs, these
columns represent the 7 original owners of the
Krystal Hotels.
We were given the opportunity to participate in
releasing of the turtles (which were born
earlier in the day) followed by a delicious
Mexican buffet accompanied by a vibrant Mexican
band right in the 7 columns area.
There are 4 pools and 6 plunge pools with a
great children's play area.
With both
properties being so different and offering
clients totally different experiences it was so
great that all 17 of us had the opportunity of
try each restaurant, bar and the fantastic
beach!
If you haven't
been to Puerto Vallarta lately, you'll be amazed
with these two properties. Your clients will
also love the many improvements made in
Vallarta, and especially to the updated Malecon
area!
Both properties participate in a charity that
invites terminally ill children to release baby
turtles at their beaches.
