Hello from Honua Kai Resort & Spa & Maui
One of the toughest parts of my job is
visiting the properties on occasion. I always
look forward to visiting Honua Kai Resort & Spa
- still one of Maui's
newest luxury condo-style properties. Plus,
getting to know Maui as a destination allows me
to do my job better for you and your clients.
All of our accommodations are full suites -
roomy studio, one, two and three bedroom
suites.
The bathroom in my one bedroom suite with den,
was bigger than our living room in Vancouver!
The aquatic playground at Honua Kai offers 4
great pools with varying degrees of activity,
privacy and quiet.
Of course there are our huge 3 bedroom specialty

The lanai's on the ocean view specialty suites
are huge and feature viking BBQ grills.
Each suite includes a fully equipped high-end
kitchen, in-suite washer & dryer, every-other
day housekeeping, a bathroom for each bedroom
and more.
A concierge team is on site during business
hours to book clients on great adventures.
Construction continues at the property next
door, but that doesn't affect any bookings
coming in from travel agents or tour operators.
Of course, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, on
property, is wonderful as always. I was having
lunch with the sales team my first day on
property, while we watches a huge pod of
dolphins swim past.
And remember that Duke's is open for breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
Remember that there is a strip mall across the
street with a full supermarket (Times), and many
other convenient stores!
EXPLORE MAUI
A trip to Honua Kai wouldn't be complete without
exploring some of the things that Maui has to
offer.
We
loved the luau at Royal Lahaina, just down the
road from Honua Kai.

Make sure to recommend to your clients to
check out the Slack Key (Hawaiian guitar)
concerts at Napili Kai Beach Resort (just up the
road). We even got to meet George Kahumoku Jr!
Finally,
zip-lining in the West Maui mountains was great.
I'm not sure whether the 8 ziplines or the
views were better!
