Hola from Puerto Vallarta
I just returned from taking 15 travel agents from
western Canada to the brand-new resort The Hacienda by
Hilton in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. They were the
first agents from Canada to visit this luxurious
adult-only resort and they really enjoyed it.
The agents also had the pleasure of enjoying the
hospitality of WestJet Vacations, Timon Tours, the
Hilton Puerto Vallarta, Krystal Puerto Vallarta and
the Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta. It was also great
to have the support of Tourism Bureaus from Puerto
Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

The new Hacienda by Hilton features spacious rooms
with balconies or swim-out pools, top-notch cuisine
restaurants and many lush tropical spaces to relax and

This property is located 7 minutes to the Airport, 5 minutes to the
cruise ship terminal, the Marina and major shopping
areas and 12 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Guests at the Hacienda have full access to the

The resort has 192 Junior Suites with garden view or pool view, 16
Junior Suite with Terrace and 31 Swim-out suites. Also
2 restaurants, 1 open pool 1 semi-covered pool, a wet
bar and even a Starbucks café in the lobby.

The Hilton Puerto Vallarta is an all-inclusive
beachfront resort with buffet and a la carte dining,
24-hour room service, daytime activities and nightly
entertainment.
The resort has 451 guestrooms, including 199 deluxe rooms and 252
spectacular suites (which includes the Hacienda).
Clients can indulge in a culinary experience in six
restaurants, two lounges, one snack-bar, two deli-café,
and three bars.
If your clients are looking for wellness and pampering treatments, The
Hilton Puerto Vallarta has a great spa and a fitness
center. For the little ones in the family there is a fun
Kids Club with many daily activities. The O'West rooftop
lounge is an ideal location for beautiful sunset
weddings and other events.

Krystal Puerto
Vallarta
The Krystal Puerto Vallarta is a large property based
on 6 acres of land right on the shore of the golden
cost of the Mexican Pacific Ocean. The agents were
able to take a look at the rooms in the new Krystal
Tower. Each Deluxe room has modern decoration with
spectacular views to the Mountains or to the Sea, 1
king size or two double beds, 42" plasma TV and
spacious bathrooms.

Krystal Grand Nuevo
Vallarta
The agents also enjoined their stay at the new
Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta, an all-inclusive
resort for all the family with many amenities and
outdoor areas including 3 pools, swim-out bar, kids
club, snack bar and Fitness centre. The suites in
the Altitude tower are modern and spacious with
balconies that offer magnificent views of the sea.
The resort also has swim-out suites. The agents
enjoyed a welcome dinner at the specialty restaurant
"The Grill" and also a farewell dinner at the Asian
infusion restaurant "Ayami".

Puerto Vallarta
No trip to Puerto Vallarta is completed without
visiting the city's downtown areas. The team
enjoyed walking along the Malecon boardwalk and
seeing the famous Arches (Los Arcos) located in
the outdoor amphitheater, the cathedral of Our
Lady of Guadalupe, numerous sculptures and the
romantic zone. It also gave them the opportunity
to snap an awesome 360 picture at the Puerto
Vallarta's sign.

the Starbucks at the Lobby. The Bathrooms are so
spacious and they all have a tub. It is a great
place for my client to get away and enjoy been the
colonial atmosphere but modern décor"
