The Cielo Rojo is a classic Mexican cocktail made with:

·       light beer

·       Clamato juice

·       ice

·       Worcestershire sauce

·       soy sauce

·       hot sauce or Tajin chilli

·       Salt

 

Snacks: peanuts, jicama, carrots and/or cucumber

 

Preparation:

·       Frost a glass with tajin and chili,

·       Fill the glass with ice, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, add hot sauce to taste, add lime juice.

·     Add Clamato juice and your preferred beer,

·     Shake every thing and your Mexican drink

 

·       Serve with peanuts, jicama, carrots and cucumber as side dishes.
