Wow, it has been a challenge in the travel industry over the last month. Between the weather and other flight delays, I know you all have been going crazy trying to take care of your clients. I can tell you that all of our properties are doing their best to accommodate clients who are delayed while on property.  

Although I’ve been doing sales calls in the lower mainland (Vancouver area) since May, I did my first sales call trip to Vancouver Island last week. It was great to reconnect with all of the brick-and-mortar agencies and agents, from Sidney all of the way up to Campbell River. I even met with a number of home-based agents in local Tim Hoton’s for a coffee/donut catch up. After a busy day of sales calls it is always nice to enjoy the local sites.
