FAM Report
Greetings!
I just arrived back home from our first 2-Brand FAM to Cancun. It was great to show 12 diverse agents from Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia 6 properties under both the Krystal Resorts and El Cid Resorts brands.
Plus all of us enjoyed the wonderful FAM program put together by my colleague, Juan Carlos Gonzalez (T&T Sales Manager), and the teams at the Krystal properties in Cancun.
It had been a few years since I had been at the Krystal Cancun and the Krystal Grand Cancun. Plus, I finally got to see the Mahekal Beach in Playa del Carmen, that we have been working with this year.

Right next to the Krystal Cancun is the Krystal Grand Cancun.  
All of us got to enjoy the Altitude building, rooms and great service.
Guests are never far from that beautiful beach.
Guests will enjoy some amazing views of the beach and turquoise water from their rooms.
The original building has an amazing atrium.
The whole FAM group, in front of the Altitude pool and that beautiful beach.

The views from the Krystal Cancun are beautiful, both during the day and at night.
Most of our agents have arrived and are enjoying the site inspection at the property.
Ocean view guests will appreciate the view down the Cancun hotel zone.

The property consists of 195 luxury bungalows & suites located in Playa del Carmen, just steps away from 5th Avenue.
There are ocean front and lush garden view bungalows.  
The rooms and amenities are beautiful and comfortable.
I’ve chatted with a few agents who have sold the Mahekal Beach in the past, but hopefully soon, the property will be in our Canadian tour operators.
