moved to The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta.

Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta
was beautiful and we were spoiled. The adult infinity pool was lovely and
that family pool was great. The Kids activities and night
entertainment was fun to watch. The staff at the resort were all sweet and
very professional. Meeting the WestJet and Nexus team was an added plus.
Having local contacts will help our office a lot. The rooms were nicely laid
out
The
Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta & The Hacienda were again very
lovely with an older world charm, the staff were respectful and very
helpful. The swim out room I had was amazing.

this is a great family resort offering an adults-only pool. Beach is amazing
and the food is good. I love the grill restaurant, which has a very good
vibe.

this place, so much like a boutique resort 13+, swim-outs are beautiful
The Krystal Grand
Nuevo Vallarta is a great family resort. It’s great that there is still
an adults-only pool for those who are traveling without kids.
The Hacienda
at the Grand Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful resort with maintaining the
authentic Mexican feel. Nice that the hacienda is attached to the Grand and
have option to be around a quieter area or go over to the Grand to utilize
the pool and activities or access the beach.

Training:
The Krystal team provides training on all Krystal properties.
The WestJet and Nexus team members provide updates on their local

The resort staff: WOW. Every one of them went out of their way to make each
& every one of us happy and comfortable. They certainly had their challenges
with some people's allergies, but they ALWAYS pulled through.

I was overall impressed with the resort. Cesar
in the entertainment department was very passionate about his job and taking
care of the kids.
Hacienda
WOW, I’m over the moon here. This
is a very unique, boutique property. Of
course, might not be for everyone. It is a high-end property. I
could have cried with joy when I walked into the room. The
grounds here are stunning. I’m
writing this review as I sit at the most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen. It
almost feels to have a Mediterranean feel to it. Food
is amazing and buffet was great.

In regards to Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta, for my clients who also
want a family-friendly resort and do not want to travel too far when they
arrive in Puerto Vallarta, I will tell them about this property.
It is close to the airport, has nice beaches and excellent food.
In regards to The Hacienda - I would recommend it to my clients who
are looking for a relaxing environment with good beaches, a pool, and great
food.

It was
really different at The Hacienda. I believe the hacienda style and
swimming pool with Roman Bath design are very special, which could be great
selling points for my clients.
