I know how hard you all work for
your clients – helping to make their
travel dreams come true. Hopefully
each of you can stop for a second,
take a breath and think back on all
of the bucket list items you have
made come true over the past
year. You deserve to have a joyful
day celebrating your professional
efforts.

We know that FAMs are an
investment. Agents invest their
time and money (flights, tips, etc.)
to get to know our properties. We
appreciate that.
The properties make investments in
good agents also. They reserve
rooms (possibly missing revenue for
those rooms), arrange special events
and excursions.
|
|
The advantage for your hosts is to
get to know some good
agents. Spending 4 or 5 days with an
agent is totally different from
spending 5 minutes with an agent at
a trade show or 30 minutes on an
office sales call. We know that the
bottom line is that good FAMs are a
Win-Win-Win!

Twelve great agents joined my
colleague, Shelley
Rosen,
on our April Puerto Vallarta FAM.

Agents spent 2 nights at the Krystal
Grand Nuevo Vallarta.
Danielle from
Kamloops, BC says: "Krystal
Grand Nuevo Vallarta is a great
family friendly resort, with amazing
food, beach area and a luxury
altitude feel."

We appreciated the support of
WestJet and Nexus for providing
agent transfers. In addition, Nexus
provided a lovely excursion to
Sayulita & San Pancho.
|
|
Next the agents were transferred to
Puerto Vallarta (thanks Nexus) for a
2-night stay at the Hacienda
at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta.
Gayle from

over the moon here. This is a very
unique, boutique property."
Agents also had a site inspection at
the sister property, the Krystal
Grand Puerto Vallarta and
the Krystal
Puerto Vallarta.
